Shipping is always done by DHL.

Usually it will go through a letterbox package so most people can receive it without being at home.

Have you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address and would you like to have it corrected?

This is only possible if the package has not yet left the warehouse.

If your package has already been shipped, it is unfortunately no longer possible for us to make changes to the delivery address.

PLEASE NOTE: Changes to the delivery address are NEVER possible when you have opted for a post-payment option.

As soon as your package has been shipped and has physically left the warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking link from DHL.

This link will redirect you to the page where you can easily track and view the status of your package.

You do not have to stay at home for the smaller packages because these packages fit through the letterbox.

If you have ordered before 5:00 PM, we always aim to ship packages the same working day.

You can also easily see this via the carrier's tracking link.

Delivery will be within 48 hours at the latest.

Should you not fit the article or is it not to your taste?

We often ask you the reason for the return, this is to guarantee the quality of the clothing and we are always open to feedback.

The product can be returned within 14 days of delivery. You can return the product without giving a reason, but we ask for a reason to keep the quality of our products and service as high as possible.
